EVantage¹ is a Low E coated product that provides thermal and solar control enhancement.

EVantage¹ delivers improved thermal insulation and greater solar control, keeping your space cooler in summer and warmer and winter.

Manufactured by the pyrolytic Low E coating process, EVantage¹ is a product that combines solar and thermal performance, subtle reflectivity and glare control.

EVantage¹ can be incorporated into a laminated glass unit, an insulated glass unit or a combination of both for enhanced performance.

Thermal Stress

Installation

Haze may be present under certain light conditions.
When single glazed, the coating needs to be exposed to the interior of the building. The Viridian product label affixed to the glass must be installed to the outside of the building.
When incorporated into an IGU, it is recommended that the coating be applied to the internal surfaces of the unit, and ensure the coated surface is identified and oriented for optimal performance on surface #2.
Local councils may have specific requirements regarding the maximum allowable external reflectivity of building materials.
At night the increased reflectivity will result in a mirror appearance making it difficult to see externally.

How to Specify

Available in Clear, Grey, Bronze, SuperBlue, SuperGreen or BlueGreen.
Select from: Annealed, heat strengthened, toughened, toughened heat soaked or insulated glass unit.
