Lang Lang is a town 73 kilometres south east of Melbourne and this recreation and community precinct was established by a partnership between the local Council and the Lang Lang Community Bank to provide a space for local sporting and community groups. This impressive precinct plays hosts to local sporting and community groups including the local football, cricket, netball, tennis and bowls club. Community groups like the CFA, Men’s Shed and Community Emergency Response Team.

The Viridian Morwell branch team worked with local fabricator and installer Ultrafix Pty Ltd to ensure the glazing solution met the specification as well as design intent and brief provided by the Architects CohenLeigh.

Viridian PerformaTech™ in PH08(60) was specified for the build, this is Viridian’s highest performance double glazing solution made for commercial applications.

The end result is truly beautiful. The light filled spaces and connectivity created with the use of those large panels of glazing has created a local gathering space for sport and connection which locals can enjoy now and into the future.
